The first question is why stop? Well by this time we all know the reasons why. So the next question is how? OK, lets take a quick look at some of the ways people try to stop smoking and how effective they are. COLD TURKEY - 7% success rate, really tough, not very effective. NICOTINE REPLACEMENT - (gum, patch, lozenge, inhaler) 20 - 30% success rate, but ummm, your still addicted to nicotine (your just getting it from a different supplier) and its not very effective. ANTI-DEPPRESANTS- (zyban, welbutrin, chantix, etc.) around 40% success rate, nite mares, hallucinations, mood swings, hello, these are strong drugs, and yet still not very effective. Hypnosis - 20% success rate, not very good either.
How about Cold Laser Therapy. Good question, the technology has been around for over 30 years (in Europe and Canada, 7+ years here in the USA), there is a lot of research and data available showing the effectiveness of Cold Lasers, its non-invasive, drug free and has success rates of 80% and better!
